Care

All garments should be washed in a cold water machine cycle and hung to dry.

Policy Overview

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your exchange item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. If you need to exchange please, send us an email at patrick@strngbk.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
